Groovy Times and Great Minds: Our '70s-Themed Jeopardy Game!

What an incredible day we had! The Emerald Home Care team had the absolute pleasure of hosting our first-ever '70s-themed Jeopardy game at the Faith Sellers Senior Center. The energy in the room was electric, and it was a joy to see so many familiar faces light up with excitement.

The game was a huge hit, testing everyone's knowledge of the iconic decade. We had categories covering everything from '70s fashion and iconic inventions to unforgettable songs and famous TV shows. It was more than just a game; it was a journey back in time, filled with laughter, friendly competition, and shared memories. Seeing residents recall specific songs, like a disco hit from their youth, or remember the invention of the floppy disk was a powerful reminder of how deeply connected we are through our shared experiences.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Beth and Marah at the Faith Sellers Senior Center for their incredible partnership and for making us feel so welcome. We'd also like to give a special shout-out to our own team member, Simone, who brought so much enthusiasm and helped make the event a success.
